HitCV provides AI-powered resume optimization services, including resume analysis, job description matching, content suggestions, and PDF generation. The service is provided "as is" and we continuously work to improve it.

As a user of HitCV, you agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service

You retain full ownership of your resume content. HitCV retains rights to its platform, AI models, templates, and service infrastructure. The optimized resume output belongs to you.

Paid features are billed as described on our pricing page. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain valid as long as your account is active.

HitCV provides resume suggestions powered by AI. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. The service is a tool to assist your job search — final decisions on resume content remain yours.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HitCV after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
